Responsibilities:

• Independently managing complex interior design projects across HOAI phases 5–8
• Preparing, coordinating, and reviewing construction and detailed design documentation
• Managing and coordinating all project stakeholders, including specialist consultants, clients, contractors, and executing companies
• Preparing and managing tender processes, including supporting the contract award process
• Overseeing cost, schedule, and quality management throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Reviewing detailed design and installation plans as well as sample approvals
• Reviewing invoices, managing variations and claims, and monitoring project costs
• Ensuring the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of projects within budget and agreed schedules

What we’re looking for:

• Successfully completed degree in interior design or architecture
• At least six years’ professional experience in the interior design / architecture sector
• Strong creative expertise and a commitment to the highest design standards
• Ability to independently develop and implement complex and unconventional new design concepts
• Experience in project management
• Confident use of standard software (Vectorworks, Photoshop, Indesign, Word, Excel etc.)
