The railing of the sculptural staircase in the entrance area curves inwards from the wall of the staircase. Its linear lighting, which follows the curve of the handrail, creates a delicate, floating line of light that further emphasizes the sculptural, artistic character of the staircase.
Kitchen eye:
The dining area and kitchen on the ground floor are separated only by a wall with sliding glass doors on the sides. The round opening in the wall, centered above the kitchen bench, offers a view into the flowing spaces beyond the kitchen.
Overlap:
The “Overlap” lamp by Flos, designed in 2018 by Michael Anastassiades, dominates the stairwell in triplicate. Like alien celestial bodies, it floats in the open space above and between the stairs.
