A building in the entrance area of the Lyo has a special graphic as a facade that is developed on the computer and printed on glass. A decorative and durable solution.

Finding a name…

The new Lyo will also have a new name, but it is clearly related to the original name. Here is our result:

Dance of the Greek Goddesses

Greek antiquity interpreted in a modern way: Our dancing goddesses are dissolved into black and white pixels and only appear really clear with distance.

»Mirror, mirror on the wall…«

In the entrance area of Villa Hill, the mirror is not planned as a classic wall-hanging object, but rather is clamped between the ceiling and the wall so that it can rotate and swivel.

Kitchen culture..

Two curved benches replace loose chairs at the large dining table in the kitchen. They are luxurious, comfortable and high quality and thus point to the importance of family and friendly get-togethers while eating.

Die große freistehende Wanne im Masterbad bietet trotz davor liegender Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick über die angrenzende Landschaft.

Fitness First

Der wunderschöne Patio vor dem Fitnessbereich im Untergeschoß versorgt die Räume mit Licht, Luft und Harmonie. Die einheitliche Materialwelt von Innen- und Außenraum bewirkt einen fließenden Übergang zwischen Räumen und Funktionen.

Window with a View

The lush living room of the penthouse overlooks Cologne‘s Cathedral, the city‘s favorite building.

A Kitchen that is also a bar, a cooking island and décor: Like a sculpture, the kitchen sits in the middle of the room; a design that fluently combines functional and living areas in a playful manner.

Kitchen-couture

An upholstered corner seat in the kitchen is crowned by a special pendant luminaire – a light like a brimmed hat.

Moonlight Moments …

The curved lighting sculpture above the bed is colored in silver and appears like a captured moon or other heavenly body.

Central Spatial Sculpture

The concierge desk and lounge area are centrally located in the foyer. A lush, oval carpet supports sofas and counters.

Technology Wallpaper

The history of the place, as the former home of the Zündapp works, can be found in the black and white graphic of our wallpaper for foyers and corridors.

Prototype

Many attempts and many sample pieces were necessary to perfect the final design of the wall covering.

Coral – Creation

The wall cladding in the Lower Deck consists of different layers, each of which shows different sections and is also backlit. The impression is of a delicate coral structure floating in the high-gloss wave panel of the ceiling.

The World’s First Super Versatile Jet:

The PC-24 is quite simply unique. It is the first business jet to combine the versatility of a turboprop, the cabin size of a medium light jet and the performance of a light jet. The PC-24 is so special that it does not fit into existing business jet categories. This is why Pilatus had to create its own category: the Super Versatile Jet (SVJ) category. Designed for 45,000 feet and two hands

Color gradient:

The basic color of the Pilatus PC 12, viewed from the tail unit, varies from midnight black to the nose with the propeller in light silver-grey. The gradient is custom-made by Pilatus and completely seamlessly painted.

Above the clouds:

With a take-off speed of 124 km/h and a maximum climb rate of 1920 ft per minute, the Pilatus shoots up into the sky and over the clouds after a very short start-up phase…

The beautiful teak bench from B&B Italia invites you to linger and enjoy. From here you can experience the fantastic view over the lake and the hillside garden.

A Dream of Terraces

The 11 meter difference in height between the entrance and the fitness area on the lowest floor is overcome with walls that are like contour lines, intercepting the slope. Curved staircases connect the individual levels and visually complement the plastered walls.
