Kitchen House N
Townhouse conversion
Completion by end of 2025
Draft 01
Lucky Yellow:
Sunny yellow tiles from Mosaic Factory make the kitchen shine and brighten the mood.
Draft 02
Light lavender-purple
Our second design for the studio kitchen of this townhouse in Bonn is considerably more serious and pared down than its yolk-yellow predecessor. Delicate gray-beige tones on the walls and floor are contrasted only by airy lavender-purple for all cabinet fronts.

Sofa with parrot:
The sofa’s various berry tones are complemented by loose cushions featuring a parrot motif. The Beauharnais fabric by Casamance appears in different variations throughout the house. The Beauharnais parrot lives in the giant trees of tropical rainforests. As a symbol of freedom and movement, it has chosen to perch on this fabric. Embroidered in exquisite shades of red, green, and blue, its vibrant plumage stands out against the more muted colors of the fabric background.
A mix of patterns…
In the bedroom, the structure of the Elitis “Ocean” wallpaper on the headboard combines with the pattern of the carpet and the delicate monochrome white embroidery of the duvet to create an exciting melange of color, textures and patterns.

Golden Times…
Not only is the facade by Schneider Schuhmacher covered with golden anodized panels, we also gilded the foyers and stairwells. Door entrances in golden lacquer, wall surfaces with golden wallpaper from Marburg and mailbox systems with golden-yellow powder coating bring the facade theme back to life inside the residential building .
Zigzag course as a design principle
Staircase and banister follow an irregular zigzag course. The varying distances between the balusters underline this unconventional design idea. Viewed across all levels, the strongly contrasting colored railings together with the dark floor edges pull together to form a single stairwell sculpture.

Magical color worlds:
At the Japanese restaurant Toki, green-gray treescapes alternate with rose and burgundy tones. Silver fish swim between them.
鳥の群れ tori no mure
Flocks of folded paper birds populate the airy space above the sushi bar and sway gently as soon as the door is opened.
Fantastic production:
Guests at Toki dine amidst rust- and rose-colored forests. Oak screens structure and zone the restaurant, creating private spaces.

Green Island
The generous, curved sofas by Walter Knoll form sculptural green islands in the flowing floor plan of the foyer and invite guests to linger.
Theatre – Foyer:
Like balconies in a theatre, the individual floors swing around the eye of the foyer. Shining, copper-colored bands, separated by lines of light, form the balcony parapets of the floors. They are the main component of the design and staging of the almost 20 m high room.

California in Berlin
The villa’s curves, floating roofs and cantilevered balconies create a playful lightness that is often alien to Germanic architecture.
Let`s Party…
The almost 3000 m² city garden with an adjacent park not only serves as a presentation base for the house, but is also ideal for summer parties in the middle of the city.
Vision meets reality
Years before completion, our designs and visualizations of the villa almost correspond to the built reality…

The inner courtyard of the Pandion Beat invites you to stroll, but also to linger. Large green islands and different floor coverings zone the area and determine the locations for seating groups and benches.
Sky – Garden
The roof garden of the Pandion Beat hovers above the Werksviertel in the east of Munich. With a bar, fireplace, lounge areas, tables of different sizes, benches and lush plants, users are offered a variety of opportunities for getting together.

Ceiling lamp as a sculpture
The Flat collection from the Spanish lighting manufacturer Vibia is characterized by disc-shaped diffusers that form horizontal light planes and flood the room with soft light. We designed a composition of the Flat lamp for our foyer, which, as a flat sculpture, significantly influences the atmosphere in the entrance area.
Pretty Green
Grey-green, light green, olive green, striped green… Our design concept uses the palette of all possible shades of green and therefore remains calm, clear and positively charged.

Pretty green…
The soft green back wall in Cafe Prinz creates a sense of calm and relaxation for the café visitor and also points to the green inner courtyard, which is directly adjacent to the Prinz.
Serene green:
An abstract green landscape embraces the cafe visitor in the curved seating area by the window to the inner courtyard.
