Light in Space

A bevy of sconces illuminate the shelving sculpture at the back of the living room. Linear light structures behind the shelves support the lighting effect of the decorative light fixtures.

Atmospherically decisive in the attic office are strongly structured built-in elements in bronze tones: large sliding panels made of metal mesh, small shelves with swing and a carpet like a moonscape determine the spatial impression.

Blue is beautiful

The riot of color on the bed and back wall of the bedroom forms a strong, exciting contrast to the soft white surroundings. A luxurious brocade curtain with a parrot motif subtly quotes the colors of the bed and gives the room the necessary textile opulence.

Master Bathroom with Swing:

Mirrors, walls, tub, lights and furniture are without corners and edges. With their shape, they excite the room and refer to water and waves.

Cactus and Stuffed Animals

In the twin girls’ children’s room there is room for every toy and every child’s imagination.

Pavilion above Palma

The 300 m² level with pool floats above the steeply sloping terrain. A pavilion for sun protection forms the outer end of the huge terrace area.

Bar with Skylight Ceiling

The ceiling above the outdoor bar is covered with a milled sheet of aluminum and backlit with colored LEDs. At night, the entire bar looks like a glowing sculpture.

Attention to detail

The own creation of the rayskin pattern is not even used for the wallpapers but also for the tableware.

Cultivation of the space in between

This is an open room concept. That means flowing spatial structures and minimum separation. The room is characterized by visual references to the different room zones and to the outside landscape.

The main concept is an interpretation of the natural conditions of the island. The nature is characterized by high contrasts because of the strong play of light and shadows. This is adapted in the rooms by textures and structures to unite the inside and the outside.

Genius Loci

The genius loci is adapted by the own creation of wallpapers in rayskin pattern or in the gradient at the walls that match the sky and sea.

On the penthouse level of the office, the large, free-standing kitchen block replaces the conference table and becomes a meeting point for employees and guests.

Black and White Prelude

The entry of the guest suites features a strong black and white graphic that covers the whole surface of the wall.

Ceiling with Scales

The fitness area with white parquet, silver bar alcove and blue raffia wallpaper looks cool but still homely. The vaulted, light silver scale structure of the ceiling complements the rather cool color mood.

Opulent Office

Lush structures and graphics determine the impressive space of the private office. Shades of saffron yellow over sandgold and a gray background give the room a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
